From Q.450.00
Time 3:30 P.M.
The Lake Atitlan Sunset Tour is one of the best afternoon activities you can do while visiting Lake Atitlan. This adventure begins at our office in Panajachel and we head over to our first stop which is Santa Catarina Palopo. In this colorful small town on the edge of the lake we visit the local cultural center as well as the beach shore on the edge of the town. Here you can relax, take a swim, or just have a drink while listening to the water. Our next stop is back in Panajachel where we visit the Jucanya beach and maybe catch some paragliders landing back on shore. Our final stop is at a plantation in San Andres Semetabaj which also serves as the take off spot for the paragliders, but first we pass by a small village of only about 300 people called Nueva Esperanza after spending some time with the people and kids there we will walk for about 5 to 10 minutes to where we watch the sunset over seeing the entire lake. After the sunset we have about a 30 minute ride back on the ATVS to our office in Panajachel.
